ASI SM1R0016 is a manual motor starter with rotary knob control that provides both thermal and magnetic protection with a high breaking capacity. These compact 45mm IEC manual motor starters are easy to install thanks to the DIN rail mounting and the easy to wire screw clamp connections. The high breaking capacity of these motor protection circuit breakers eliminate the requirement to add fuses for upstream of the device. In addition to the visual trip indication, auxiliary contacts are available for these manual motor starters with overload and they can distinguish between overload and short circuit events. Numerous other accessories are available for the rotary knob control motor starters including auxiliary contacts, undervoltage trip releases, shunt trip releases, enclosures and more.
