With a UL508 Listing, it is suitable as a motor disconnect switch up to 40 horsepower. This compact rotary disconnect switch features the option for direct mounting to a panel or quick and easy Snap-On mounting to standard DIN rail. Reliable opening and closing of power circuits are accomplished due to the double break slow opening contacts. The 4th pole with early make contact and auxiliary contacts are optional accessories for this 80A rotary disconnect switch. The easy to wire screw clamp wire terminations on this direct handle panel mount 80A 3 pole motor disconnect switch are rated for 10 to 2 AWG wire and optional terminal insulators are available. This robust nonfusible 80 amp rotary disconnect switch has a mechanical life of over 100,000 cycles and has a UL508 general use rating of 600Vac, 80 amps.
