The XCSU5240024VAA is a compact, microprocessor based DIN rail DC-UPS that is designed for 12Vdc or 24Vdc operation all in one unit. This hi-tech DC UPS unit is suitable for 1.2Ah up to 40Ah batteries in normal charge mode and up to 60Ah batteries in slow charge mode. The CSU5-240W/024V/AA features push in wiring terminals for easy installation, LED status indicators for device status and alarm contacts for input voltage status and battery status. The user can select the battery capacity through the dip switch set-up and an internal converter properly regulates the battery voltage which the load is normally supplied by the upstream power supply. When in the back up mode, battery supplying the load, the device continuously checks to the battery health to avoid deep discharging which can negatively impact the battery life.
