ASI M20 Hazardous Location Cable Gland, 10-13 mm Clamping Range, Nickel Plated Brass, ATEX, IP65

ASI 3012814 M20 threaded hazardous location cable gland is made from nickel plated brass with M20 x 1.5 pitch threads. This flameproof cable gland is used in hazardous location environments containing gas, vapor, fog, and powder. These ATEX M20 glands are designed to be mounted using the M20 threads or a 20.5 mm mounting hole. Factory installed O-ring and provides 10-13 mm clamping range on cables and wires. The strain relief cable grip insert is made of a flexible Polyamide PA 6.6 and the factory fitted Nitrile 70 O-ring provide increased safety to the enclosure or panel after installation. The combination of the seal to the cable or wire and the seal to the enclosure ensures that the ASI M20 cable glands meet IP65, NEMA 4 and NEMA 4X standards. The ASI metal cable glands operate in a temperature range between -25 degrees to 75 degrees Celsius. Matching locking nuts are available.
