24VDC Redundant DIN Rail Power Supply

The XCSF85CP is a compact industrial DIN rail power supply designed for redundant 24VDC power systems where increased system availability and reliability are required. It provides a regulated 24VDC output at 3.5A continuous current and includes an internal ORing diode, allowing multiple XCSF85CP power supplies to be configured for redundant operation without requiring a separate external redundancy module.

With universal 90–264VAC input, adjustable 23–27.5VDC output, DC OK monitoring, high overload capability, and integrated protection, the XCSF85CP is well suited for critical industrial control and automation applications where loss of 24VDC control power can result in equipment shutdown or production downtime.

What Does This Power Supply Do?
The XCSF85CP converts 90–264VAC input power into regulated 24VDC control power with up to 3.5A continuous output at 50°C.

The key difference between the XCSF85CP and a conventional DIN rail power supply is its built-in ORing diode for redundant parallel operation.

Two XCSF85CP power supplies can be used as part of a redundant power architecture so that a failure of one power supply does not necessarily interrupt 24VDC power to the connected control system.
